Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as soon as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Where We Ship From

We ship from trusted distribution centers located across the United States.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Some specialty items may require additional processing time, and this will be noted on the product page.

  • Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and carrier schedules.

  • You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Requirements

Most orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS do not require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship some items to PO Boxes. Larger items — including select fitness equipment or oversized goods — cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your order includes one of these items, we’ll contact you before processing your shipment.
