30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@moodybchx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some items can’t be returned. These include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Personal care & beauty items (e.g., opened skincare, oils, balms, salves)

  • Castor oil & castor oil packs/pads once opened or used

  • Shapewear and intimate apparel if worn or tried on without hygiene protection, or if tags/packaging are removed

  • Pillows, eye masks, weighted blankets, bedding that are opened/used

  • Mala beads, incense, aromatherapy if opened/used

  • Final sale/clearance items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@moodybchx.com.

  • Unless we made an error or the item is defective, return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility.

  • For fitness equipment or oversized items, please use the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
